Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@theshreeyashfashion.com.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

In case of a successful cancellation within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received a wrong item

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after the order is processed or delivered

Slight color variation due to screen resolution differences

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Custom-stitched or altered items
Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong item).
